Fire Department Encourages Lock Boxes
The Eastham Fire Department encourages part-time residents to consider installing a Lock Box on the outside of their homes. In case of a fire or a 911 emergency, Fire Department personnel can enter the home using the key from the Lock Box, thus avoiding the need to break down the front door. Only Fire Department personnel have access to the code to the Lock Box. If you would like to install a Lock Box, contact the Fire Department by telephone at 508-255-2324 or by fax to 508-240-5932. A locksmith will install the box for a one-time $95.00 fee. Also, please make sure that your house number is clearly displayed in order to help Fire personnel identify the correct location in responding to an emergency.

Water Screening Project
Since the Fall of 2002, about 1,000 water samples have been collected in North
Eastham, the part of the annual water screening program whereby nitrate levels
are measured from one third of the town on a three-year cycle.

Annual Dues
In order for the Association to have its voice heard on issues that affect us all, EPRTA relies on the annual dues paid by members. The 2009 annual dues of $20.00
