Mary Piekarz, President
Mary is a resident of Southborough, MA. She is currently a real estate sales person. She was also the sole proprietor of a licensed family child care center, has experience with fund raising for a local private school and strong computer and training skills. She holds a BS degree from Lemoyne College and a Master’s Degree from University of Buffalo.Tom McNamara, Vice President
Tom recently retired as the Requirements and Capabilities vice president for Strategic Campaigns and Capture Excellence at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. Previously, he was senior director for strategy, M&A and business creation at former Raytheon Company Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) business, responsible for driving strategies and key growth opportunities. Prior to that he was the business development executive for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Systems business at IDS, responsible for strategy and solutions development with our customers. Prior to joining the company in 2012, he worked at Textron Systems Corporation as vice president for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance and protection systems at Textron Defense Systems, and before that as chief technology officer, senior vice president and corporate technology council chair. He also served as director of Tactical Systems at Draper Laboratory (1989-2006) and as a field engineer supporting the Navy’s Trident submarine fleet at General Electric’s Ordnance Systems Division (1983-1988). He was a member of the National Research Council’s Naval Studies Board (2004-2011) and an Army Science Board consultant (2007-2009). He holds an MBA from Boston College, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Stonehill College. Tom and his wife Jeanette have 3 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. They live in Weymouth MA and have been vacationing since the 1970s in Eastham where they have owned a home since 2014.Carolyn Gorczyca Thürlimann, Secretary
Carolyn is a resident of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She grew up in Massachusetts and has been a part-time resident in Eastham since 1989. She holds a BS & MS degree in Civil Engineering. She has many years of experience volunteering for committees and organizations.Jennifer Keen, Treasurer
Jennifer is a resident of Foxboro, MA. She is a former VP and Portfolio manager at PNC, Boston, MA. She is the past president of the 1500-member Lehigh University Alumni Association of Boston. She is currently a part-time portfolio manager.DIRECTORS
Jeff Benjamin
Jeff served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Avon Products, Inc. from September 2012 through July 2017. During his tenure at Avon, Jeff assumed responsibility for a multi-year, high profile international FCPA investigation when negotiations with the DOJ and SEC were at an impasse, and efficiently achieved a fair global settlement in which the company was not charged with bribery and the factual allegations were limited to conduct in China. From 1974 through 2011, Jeff served in a variety of General Counseling and Ethics & Compliance Officer roles at Novartis Corporation. He is a graduate of New York University Law School, J.D. cum laude 1971, and Cornell University Arts & Sciences, B.A. 1967, majoring in government. During law school he served as an intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Among other activities, he served on the Board of Directors of the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association from 2005 through 2012 and as a member of the Advisory Board and Dinner Committees of the Brennan Center for Justice since 2002. Since retiring from Avon in 2017, Jeff has provided consulting services primarily in the areas of ethics and compliance, litigation and leadership.Gregory Boughey
Gregory is a resident of Des Plaines, Il. He is currently in sales and marketing for Honeywell Corporation. He holds a BS and MS degree in chemical engineering from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School.Kathleen Daw
Kathy is currently a resident of East Williston, New York and have been a part time resident in Eastham since 1999. Prior to our purchase of a home in Eastham, we rented various properties in Eastham beginning in 1982. I have had multiple chapters in my career. For the past ten years, I owned a business and IT consulting company in New York, specializing in public sector and higher education applications of technology. Prior to that I spent over thirty years at IBM in sales and consulting and retired as the Director of Sales for a division of IBM. After college graduation, I taught secondary mathematics for five years in a Long Island high school. Kathy has a BA in Mathematics from Marymount Manhattan College and a MS in Computer Science from New York University. She is currently a member of the Speakers Bureau for the Interfaith Nutrition Network on Long Island and previously was a ten-year member of the East Williston Recreation Committee. She looks forward to expanding my volunteer activities now that she is retired.Wendy Gamba
Wendy is currently employed at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven as its Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Operations. She is responsible for ensuring the financial health, financial management, and financial viability of the Foundation, which currently manages $850M in assets. Wendy has owned a home in Eastham since 2004. She has operated her home as both a short-term rental and a long-term rental. She lives in New Haven, CT with her husband Steve and several rescue pets. She volunteers with several animal rescue organizations. Wendy is a Commissioner on the Fair Rent Commission for the City of New Haven. She is concluding a volunteer commitment spanning two decades this year with the Connecticut Junior Women and its affiliate Shoreline Community Women.Stephen Jonathan
Stephen has been a homeowner in Eastham for the past 15 years but his family has been vacationing on the Cape since the summer of Hurricane Bob. His wife Cathleen and three children have enjoyed the Cape for over a generation. He retired from Bloomberg LLC where he was a global markets/international economics specialist. This followed twenty-five years with several NYC banks where he advised governments, corporations and investors on managing global risks including those related to currencies. Those roles entailed extensive public speaking and media experience. His involvement with local government has included a stint as an EMT in his town in New Jersey.George Lee

June is a member of the bar in MA. She and her husband have had their summer home in Eastham since 1986. Her background is in technology as a General Counsel. Earlier in my career she spent 10 years on environmental law issues.Barbara Reed
